TRAINING
Trained and experienced educators are available to offer specialized training to both employees and supervisors in the fields of:

• identifying workplace violence
• personal protection techniques
• responding to workplace violence
• methods of de-escalating aggressive behavior
• policies and procedures for reporting violence

Instruction can be provided on-site for groups of 5-30 employees. Programs can be tailored to meet the client's individual needs. We can also assist the client in establishing a crisis response team to help minimize future incidents.
