Castle Security Group was established in 1981 and has since served some of the largest corporations, law firms, and insurance companies in the country. We have taken a leading position in the movement to professionalize the investigation industry. We enjoy high standards and active memberships in the American Society for Industrial Security, World Association of Detectives, Investigator's On Line (ION), Maryland Investigators and Security Association (MISA), Professional Investigator Association of Maryland and Council of Growing Companies.

Additionally, founder and owner Frank Napfel has served four terms as president of MISA and on the board of directors of the Maryland Association of Contract Guard  Agencies. Mr. Napfel has also served on the Governor's Executive Advisory Council and in that role was chairman of a task force assigned to study the impact of crime on business in Maryland.
